As part of our support of mental health, today we want to draw your attention to the ‘Every Mind Matters’ campaign.
Every Mind Matters has been designed by the NHS to help you manage and maintain your mental health, as good mental health makes such a difference.
There are simple actions and steps we can all take that can help us manage feelings of stress, anxiety, low mood or when we are struggling to get to sleep.
From tips on how to get more physical activity, to mindful breathing exercises and advice on how to reframe unhelpful thoughts, visit the Every Mind Matters website for support if you’re struggling with your mental health or want help to support a friend, family member of colleague.
