Personal Effectiveness at work with Florence Madden enables individuals to work on ‘real’ issues. The course is 5 days and entails pre-course work and assessment.

Our Training & Development team have the distinct advantage of understanding the strategic business plan and goals for our division and this has enabled us to tailor the courses and training to suit. A great example of this is the use of the Insights 360 feedback tool. Not only did we utilise this for our own people, we also engaged with our client which helped to better understand their drivers which was really powerful in developing the collaborative relationship in which we work.

We have a suite of over 50 internal ‘bite-size’ courses on the softer skills entitled Skills Toolbox.
The Skills Toolbox has a list of internally-delivered courses which I am able to cherry-pick from which are tailored to my own professional development and career progression. The courses don’t take very long – many are around one-and-a-half hours – but within that time you are equipped with so much information that you are able to use in your job immediately.
