Application and assessment BLUE - Process

Application & Assessment

Apply via our website or send your speculative covering letter and CV to our HR team. If you are successfully shortlisted, you will be invited to our Assessment Centre Day where you will participate in a variety of different exercises.

Technical Interview GREY- Process

Technical Interview

If you are successful at the Assessment Centre, you may then be invited to attend an interview or a further practical assessment where we will assess your ability and cultural fit. This may involve a panel interview and presentation.

We believe that this process should allow you, as a candidate, to make an informed decision as to whether Story Contracting is the right company for you. We encourage you to ask questions at all stages of this process.

Offer of Employment

If you choose to accept an offer, we will provide you with the tools to develop via our Apprentice Pathway to ensure you are able to be as successful as possible, as early as possible in your career.
