As a Trainee Business Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in learning, supporting, and improving the IT systems that keep our business running. You’ll become the vital link between our people and the systems they rely on every day — making sure technology works for the business, not the other way around.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll learn how our solutions support finance, operations, and decision‑making. You’ll help identify issues, support users, and contribute to system improvements, all while building valuable skills and experience in a supportive team environment.

The IT Team
At Story Contracting, our IT Team is right at the heart of the business — working closely with colleagues to deliver systems and insights that genuinely make a difference.
Our in‑house IT Team is made up of 12 talented people, including specialists across Business Intelligence, Business Systems, and IT Systems, all led by an experienced IT Director. Together, we combine technical expertise, business understanding, and a strong team ethos to deliver the best possible outcomes for the business.
