Senior Quantity Surveyor – Chorley
We have an exciting opportunity in the North West region for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Chorley.
The Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage costs, ensure compliance, and drive commercial success on multi-disciplined projects. You’ll work closely with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial management on complex projects
- Collaborate with project teams and clients
- Maintain accuracy and integrity in cost control and reporting
- Drive efficiency and support innovative delivery methods
What We’re Looking For:
- Quantity Surveying Degree or HND/HNC equivalent
- Significant experience in the rail industry, infrastructure, civils, and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry conditions of contract
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent IT skills: Word, Excel, COINS, ASite, CEMAR, PowerPoint
- Skilled at developing close relationships, especially with key project influencers.
- Well-organised and disciplined, with the ability to accurately analyse and report information.
