We’re looking for an organised and proactive Resource Administrator to support resource planning in the Eastern region.
This is a varied and people‑focused role where strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are key.
The contracted hours for this position are a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Support scheduling and allocation of labour; maintain resource availability records and reconcile timesheets.
- Support with travel and accommodation requests.
- Deputise for the Resource Coordinator when required.
- Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to confirm resource requirements.
- Undertake general office administration duties, including stationery ordering, managing office supplies, coordinating deliveries, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
- Event planning support.
About You
You’ll bring:
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in administration and office support.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as this role requires periodic travel to sites and locations across the UK.
- Ability to quickly learn and confidently use new systems, processes, and technology platforms.
