We are looking for experienced POS/Crane Controllers to begin their story as part of our operations team. We are looking for those who take safety seriously, lead by example and are proud of maintaining the highest standards on site. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining exclusion zones around operating plant, ensuring compliance with all Sentinel rules, Network Rail codes of practice and site‑specific requirements. You will work closely with operators, supervisors and customers to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and to plan.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification
- Proven experience in the rail industry
- COSS certification (minimum 2 years)
- Sentinel Slinger certification
- Strong knowledge of H&S regulations, Network Rail standards and Sentinel rules
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- MC1, MC4 and CC3 competencies
