We’re looking for an experienced Agent to lead the delivery of a portfolio of projects, taking full responsibility for safety, programme, cost, and performance.
The role
You’ll manage projects end-to-end—from mobilisation through to completion—ensuring safe, efficient delivery and strong client relationships. Acting as a key technical lead, you’ll bring teams together to deliver high-quality outcomes on site.
What you’ll do
Lead project planning and delivery across multiple schemes
Own programme, cost control, and risk management
Provide engineering and technical oversight
Manage clients and stakeholders
Drive a strong safety-first culture
What we’re looking for
Experience in an Agent or similar role in construction/rail/infrastructure
Strong track record of safe, on-time project delivery
Ability to manage programme, commercial performance, and risk
Technical capability to undertake roles such as CRE / TWC
SMSTS and relevant qualifications or experience

Location
Please note: In June we will be relocating to a new site situated a short distance from Junction 41 of the M1 motorway and approximately one mile from Wakefield City Centre. The new location is well served by public transport and benefits from a range of amenities within a few minutes’ walk.
