Story Contracting celebrates announcement of new charity partners

Story colleagues have kicked off the year with the ‘Miles in May’ wellbeing challenge, raising over £1,000 for Teenage Cancer Trust. This marks the first of many fundraising events and challenges planned for the year ahead.

In addition to supporting Teenage Cancer Trust, Story Contracting has pledged to assist nine other charities across its regional operating areas. This effort is part of the company’s ongoing charity partnership scheme, reinforcing its commitment to making a meaningful difference in the communities it serves.

Andy Joy, CEO of Story Contracting said: “We are delighted to be continuing our charity partnership scheme with ten new partners – a record number for Story Contracting. Through voluntary work and fundraising we aim to make a real difference for our chosen charities.”

Our chosen charity partners for 2025/26, selected by our colleagues, are:

National: Teenage Cancer Trust

Eastern: 4Louis and Children’s Heart Surgery Fund

North West: Great North Air Ambulance, Cry for Eden and Back on Track Manchester

Central: Midlands Women’s Aid and Heart of Tamworth

Scotland: Kindness

Construction: Carlisle Youth Zone and Great North Air Ambulance
