Project & Resource Administrator
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Project & Resource Administrator to support resource planning in the Eastern region. 

This is a varied and people‑focused role where strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support scheduling and allocation of labour; maintain resource availability records and reconcile timesheets.
  • Support with travel and accommodation requests.
  • Deputise for Resource Coordinator
  • Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to confirm resource requirements.

About You

You’ll bring:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office plus scheduling/document control tools.
  • Experience in resource administration and office management.

Location 

Please note: Our office is currently based in Normanton. In the coming months, we will be relocating to a site situated a short distance from Junction 41 of the M1 motorway and approximately one mile from Wakefield City Centre. The new location is well‑served by public transport and benefits from a range of amenities within a few minutes’ walk.
