We have an exciting opportunity in the Eastern region for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
The Role
As a Managing Quantity Surveyor within the Eastern Region you will take a leading role in overseeing the commercial management of projects, ensuring effective cost control, and driving value throughout the lifecycle of each scheme.
You will be responsible for managing a small team of quantity surveyors, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and professional growth. In addition, you will work closely with operational teams to support project delivery, manage contractual and risk-related matters, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on commercial excellence, team leadership, and strategic input into project and business outcomes.
Location
Predominantly office based in Normanton but occasional travel to our sites will be required.
