Supplier Assurance Co-Ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Assurance Co-Ordinator to join our Central Finance Team.  Ideally the role will be based from our Carlisle head office but could be based from our Blantyre or Chorley office, with regular visits to Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance to the procurement process and governance, client requirement and appropriate legislation, with correct documentation used throughout.
  • Identify and communicate potential marker/supplier risks
  • Close working relationships with commercial, site and estimating colleagues.
  • Support the Procurement requirements for bids, ensuring the supply chain is engaged early.
  • Manage rebate tracker
  • Provide support and assistance for projects and audits as required
  • Prepare and analyse product usage data to support external requirements

  • Knowledge of the construction and contracting industry

  • Challenges where appropriate
  • Strong IT skills, specifically Excel
  • Analytical where needed, able to review data & present in a succinct manner appropriate to the audience

  • Ability to challenge positively
