Due to a recent promotion in our Construction Division, we now have a vacancy for a Site Manager to join our team.
As a Site Manager you will report to one of our Projects Managers and be responsible for ensuring health and safety obligations and standards are met, concentrating on site production, programming/planning of works and quality assurance regarding all day to day construction activities. This role is to work on our Housing infrastructure sites in either the Cumbria or Lancashire areas.
We are looking for someone self-motivated, practical, commercially aware and committed to and thrive in an environment where continuous improvements to site efficiencies and profitability are recognised and rewarded. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have experience of managing a team and be customer focused with the ability to engage with clients and build relationships.
You will need to have extensive housing infrastructure Site Management experience and we will consider applicants with either a Civil engineering or building degree/diploma or a relevant trades background.
Presence on our sites will be essential therefore you must have a driving licence.
In return for your commitment, commercial awareness and can-do attitude, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £40,000pa, base bonus of 20% of salary, company car or car allowance, matched company pension of 5% rising to 7% after 5 years’ service, help towards healthcare costs, national retail discounts, access to childcare voucher and cycle to work schemes.
