We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our established team in Uddingston, Glasgow. Reporting to the Senior Buyer, you will provide professional administrative support to the division in an efficient and effective manner.

Key responsibilities include of this role include:

  • processing good received notes
  • resolving invoice queries and liaising with suppliers
  • responsibility for organising and co-ordinating a range of office operations

You will need to have strong IT and organisational skills, be conscientious and driven and have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the Construction Industry. A willingness to learn is essential. You must also have a personable manner, able to remain calm, logical and professional at all times whilst dealing with clients, both internal and external.
