Due to an internal promotion, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Trainer to join our team.
Reporting to the Head of Training and Development, you will support the business with the coordination, delivery and measurement of our training and on-boarding needs.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Define, implement and continuously review the on-boarding process for business and teams
- Drive and embed the on-boarding process and training to ensure all new starters receive inductions and management are clear on responsibilities
- Support the analysis of high-performance development needs and drive commitment to personal development
- Design and deliver training to industry standards
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, highly motivated individual to take a new role in a fast-moving business with real ambition for growth.
The ideal candidate will have high level communication and organisational skills, with experience of designing, presenting and facilitating workshops.
This is a full-time role, which covers all our offices, so the ability to travel is essential. There may also be the requirement for occasional overnight stays.
