We have a great opportunity for someone to join us in this newly created role which is now available due to business-wide expansion in our highly successful family-owned civil engineering business with over 700 people and exciting plans to increase the size of our team further this year.
We are looking for someone to join our HR team who will be happy to be based in the Lancashire area with travel to regional sites and Head Office in Carlisle on a regular basis.
This is a true generalist Business Partner role where you will be a key member of the division’s senior operational management team and also part of a collaborative and supportive company-wide HR team. You will be involved in all aspects of HR from strategic discussions, to initiatives to enhance employee experience, through to day-to-day case management and front-line management development and coaching.
