Finance Business Partner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Construction Division, based from our Carlisle office - There has never been a better time to join!
The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing finance related support to our construction division and maintaining a strong link with our central Finance team. You will develop a sound understanding of the strategic direction and continually develop financial processes to best support this.
- Ensuring the relevance and accuracy of all reports issued to the Senior Management Team,
- Undertaking reviews of Divisional Overhead costs on a timely basis
- Continually developing reports and processes ensuring they are “fit for purpose”
- Preparing annual budgets and forecasts
- Having significant involvement in the Management Accounts to ensure close links between the division and Central Finance.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Be AAT qualified (CIMA/ACCA part qualification would be advantageous, but not essential)
- Have the ability to juggle multiple projects and be confident enough to communicate with people at all levels in the business.
- Excellent communication and skills
