Construction Services Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Services Administrator to join our Construction Division based in Carlisle - There has never been a better time to join!
The Role
Based in our Carlisle head office, you will be supporting our Construction Services Co-ordinator giving support across all areas of the site and commercial teams. You will be provided with on the job training and will be fully supported in your role.
- Your main areas of responsibility will include
- Providing admin support to Site Manager’s
- Handling general enquiries from site teams and other departments
- Distributing Construction invoices for approval and review invoice queries
- Being available as an additional point of contact for labour on site
- Keeping various internal systems used within Construction up-to date
