We are keen to speak to competent Administrators who are interested in shaping a new stand alone role to support the Chorley office and Contracts Managers. This role provides 'front of house' reception cover, general administration support, minute taking and data entry to the team.
A key function of this role will also be to work with the Roster Manager to create and maintain rosters, advising the team of their shifts and tracking holidays, sickness and other leave. Booking labour agencies and subcontractors as required.
The ideal candidate will be proactive at problem solving, a great communicator and organiser, have excellent IT skills particularly in Excel, Word and Outlook and will not be fazed by new systems or processes.Job Profile
