We now need a Business Support Assistant based from our newly renovated office in Carlisle.
As an integral part of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting Reiver Homes achieve its business goals. As our Business Support Assistant you will be working at our head office in Carlisle ensuring that all of our company procedures and processes with regard to house building are followed.
This is a broad and fast paced role and will involve coordinating administrative activities, maintaining filing systems, processing documentation and reacting to growing business needs. You will offer pro-active assistance to our Sales, Marketing, Design, Commercial, Production and Land teams.
As one of the primary points of contact for Reiver Homes, you must be outgoing and confident, with strong people skills. You will be well organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail, have first class IT skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment. You will have the ability to work calmly under pressure and be able to deliver exceptional customer service both face to face and over the telephone. A flexible approach, willingness to learn and ability to follow procedures are essential. You will enjoy working in a small fun team and you are a professional looking for an opportunity to shine in our growing business.
In return for your hard work and enthusiasm combined with a desire to make a real contribution, you will receive a salary of £18,200pa (pro-rata) base bonus of 10% of salary, matched company pension of up to 5%, help towards healthcare costs, national retail discounts, cycle to work and childcare voucher schemes.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday. Full time hours are desirable but part time hours can be considered for the right candidate. Normal full time working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm. Additional weekend and bank holiday working may be required to support the business.
