We now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice based from our office in Chorley.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will ensure the team receives the best administration and reception support, offering proactive assistance.
You will meet and greet visitors, deal with incoming correspondence promptly and provide an administration service to the operations, engineering, commercial and bid management teams, prioritising workload accordingly, whilst working to high standards and deadlines.
As one of the primary points of contact for the Chorley office, you must be outgoing and confident, with strong people skills both on the telephone and face to face.
You will be well organised with excellent attention to detail, have first class IT skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment. You will have the ability to work calmly under pressure and on your own initiative. A willingness to learn and the desire to develop personally is essential.
Full training including sponsorship for a recognised qualification will be given to the successful candidate.
