We have a great opportunity for someone to join us in a newly created role, which is now available due to business wide expansion in our highly successful family-owned civil engineering business with over 700 people and exciting plans to increase the size of our team further this year.
This is a key role working closely with all the members of the Eastern region rail team and interacting with our people across all areas of the business. You will focus primarily on supporting the Office Manager and project teams by performing a wide range of activities.
The Admin Assistant will provide a variety of support services to the region including: document control, arranging meetings, time sheet management and travel bookings.
Excellent IT skills, attention to detail, communication and ability to prioritise are essential along with a can-do attitude and proactive approach.
We are looking for someone to join our team who will be happy to be based at the Normanton office with travel to our York office occasionally, when required.
