We now have a new opportunity for an experienced Site Manager within our Rail division based from our head office in Carlisle.
Working across our various sites you will lead and manage the day to day operation and delivery of site works to meet safety, cost, time and quality and standards. You will support tender and planning functions providing build methodologies, appropriate resources and value adding solutions.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for;
• Promoting a safe and efficient working environment on site
• Proactively managing operations
• Building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
• Providing and maintaining accurate records and management information for site
• Leading, managing and developing the site team
Holding PTS and SMSTS certification, you will have extensive construction experience and will have good working knowledge of Adjacent Line Open and Network Rail regulations and standards.
You will have proven management skills and a track record of managing people and building teams, whilst supporting and developing individuals. With excellent communication skills, you will be customer focused with the ability to engage with clients and build relationships.
Presence on our sites will be essential therefore the ability to travel regularly is essential.
In return for your passion, drive and ability to deliver you will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 to £42,000pa (depending on experience), weekend overtime payments, base bonus of 20%, company car or car allowance and other benefits.
